REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

If you choose to return an item or order, you must do so within 14 working days since you received your order. Refunds after this time period will not be given. 

 

All return items must be as follows:

• Unworn and undamaged

• All swing tags attached

• Hygiene sticker in place

• Returned back to us in the original packaging

• Proof of order must be given

 

All returns must be confirmed by email. Return address will be given once the confirmation of order is received. Returns are at the purchasers expense.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Once the item or order has been received by our team, the refund will be given. Expect the refund to take 7 - 10 working days.
